A panel responsible for reviewing the actions of each UT System’s component’s expert review panel to assure uniform and consistent compliance with these guidelines and applicable statutes and regulations. The panel shall be composed of an expert in blood-borne infections (including HIV and HBV) from each health component institution appointed by the President and representatives from The U.T. System Office of Health Affairs, Office of Academic Affairs, and Office of General Counsel.
