Exit Access Corridor Policy Term Definition

As defined by the NFPA, an Exit Access Corridor is that portion of the exit path that leads to an exit (e.g. corridor leading to a stair or horizontal) and is typically separated from the rest of the building by rated walls.  This does not include aisles within suites.
