The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) is an independent, nationally recognized organization that provides online professional career development, training, and mentoring resources for over 90,000 faculty, postdoctoral scholars and graduate students at prestigious academic institutions across the USA. They are 100% dedicated to supporting academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers.

NCFDD resources are broadly applicable across academic disciplines and include a wide range of topics including time management, securing research grants, establishing and maintaining a work-life balance, overcoming academic perfectionism, developing a daily writing plan to increase writing productivity, and more. These resources offer empirically tested, concrete strategies that help increase productivity, achieve academic career success and inner well-being.

The NCFDD offers a broad range of online virtual workshops, professional development trainings and intensive mentorship programs. Their programs and services help create broad networks of collegial support and develop a committed stance towards your institutional home. Some online workshops include dissertation workshops, mentor matches, research grant-writing techniques, and post-tenure pathfinders webinars just to name a few.
