Registration open: Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Stewardship, January 17-19, 2018

ABSTRACT DEADLINE EXTENDED until December 18 and FEES WAIVED for POSTER PRESENTERS.  This year, we have partnered with the City of Houston Public Health Department to host a 3 day conference packed with global leaders in antimicrobial resistance research, stewardship, and policy. Keynote speakers include Helen Boucher, MD. Registration open: First Center for Neuroscience and Machine Learning NeuroNex Workshop, January 25

First Center for Neuroscience and Machine Learning NeuroNex workshop. The goal of to develop statistical and analytical tools to infer and interpret multivariate interactions from neural data. Our first workshop will introduce the problems we aim to address, the statistical and mathematical tools as well as the types of data we will use to answer them. Trainees or researchers interested in collaborating or joining the project are encouraged to attend. Registration.
