Register Now: Neuronex Workshop, January 31, 2019

On Thursday, January 31, 2019, TCN will co-sponsor a NeuroNex workshop devoted to developing methods for inferring interactions between neurons, stimuli and behavior. Confirmed speakers are John Cunningham, Columbia University;  Carina Curto, Penn State University; Shaul Druckmann, Stanford University; Surya Ganguli, Stanford University; Scott Linderman, Columbia University; and Adam Calhoun, Princeton Neuroscience Institute. Location:  BioScience Research Collaborative, Room 280, 6500 Main St.  Registration.  Although you are invited to attend both, please note that registration for NeuroNex is separate from the Theoretical and Computational Neuroscience Conference below. You must register for both separately if you’d like to attend both.

Save the Date: Opiate and HEAL Initiative-Focused Cross-Consortia Networking Event, February 4th

Jointly sponsored by the GCC Consortia/Clusters for Translational Pain Research, Mental Health Research, and Alcohol and Addiction Research, this event will provide an opportunity for faculty to get together to discuss collaborative projects/proposals focused on addressing these important health issues.  The event will take place in the GSBS large Classroom (BSRB S3.8371) from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, and will include short rapid-fire introductions and time for small group networking.  Registration
