The Ted Nash Long Life Foundation out of Waco, Texas is inviting two proposals from UTMB.   Our institution is one of only seven medical schools in Texas and the Mayo Clinic invited to apply for these awards.  UTMB is allowed two (2) proposals.

The Ted Nash Long Life Foundation supports small medical research projects (no more than $100,000/year for 2 years) from tenured or tenure-track researchers.  Research results should eventually extend the life expectancy of the average American.

Appointments should normally be for 12 months and, at least initially, for not less than three months.
    • Graduate fellowships should be set by the Qualified Grantee Institution.
