IDDD Round Table Workshop on Lessons in Biotech Leadership, September 10

This Roundtable Workshop will focus on useful/essential traits for successfully leading a biotech company that are often different from the skills/traits of successful academics.  Additionally, attendees will receive insights on how to develop better leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills.  Confirmed speakers include Peter Hoang, President and CEO, Marker Therapeutics and Gaylen Paulson, Associate Dean and Director for Texas Executive Education, UT McCombs School of Business. When you register, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for the speakers to address during the interactive round-table discussion. 3:30-5:00. Registration closes at midnight tonight.

Mental Health Research Cluster Neurotherapeutics Workgroup Mini-Symposium, September 16

We invite you to join us for this Mini-Symposium that will take place via Zoom on September 16 from 1-4 pm CST.  This event will kick off future virtual workgroup activities including sub workgroups around special neurotherapeutics topics or particular RFAs. Registrants are encouraged to present short 3-4 minute presentations so that attendees can become familiar with potential collaborators. You may indicate your interest in presenting on the registration site.
