Funding Available from Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health

The SWCOEH (www.swcoeh.org) sponsors a Pilot/Small Projects Research Training Program to improve workplace health and safety.  The SWCOEH is a National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Education and Research Center at the UTHealth School of Public Health (Grant No. T42 OH008421).  The goal of this program is to provide support to new investigators and attract established investigators to the field of occupational health and safety, ultimately leading to new externally-funded research.  Project Principal Investigators should be full-time faculty or doctoral students within Public Health Region 6 (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas).
