NIH Announces Low Back Pain Competitive Revision Grants

Low Back Pain Competitive Revisions 
Due March 13, 2020

NIH recently published Notice of Special Interest (NOSI) for Urgent Competitive Revisions to active grants for research on Pain Management in the context of opioid use or Opioid Use Disorder. Eligible Competitive Revisions will provide data-driven evidence to effectively reduce reliance on opioids for low back pain treatment. Awardees will operate within the Back Pain Consortium (BACPAC) Research Program, a part of the NIH HEAL (Helping to End Addiction Long-termSM) Initiative.
