Microsoft announced they will discontinue support for Internet Explorer(IE) 11 for Microsoft 365 applications and services as of August 17, 2021. Concerns about security and interoperability risks have led to eRA to announce that they will phase out the use of IE for all modules of eRA by July 19, 2021.  As of that date, eRA systems will no longer be available when using the IE browser.

With this in mind, everyone who currently accesses any eRA modules - including ASSIST, RPPR, IAR, xTrain and xTRACT - should move log-ins and bookmarks to other supported browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari (and Microsoft Edge once IE is phased out).

It is suggested that if a user experiences an issue after moving to a new browser, they should completely clear their browser cache which should resolve the issue.  If this fails, contact the eRA Service Desk by Submit a web ticket; or call Toll-free: 1-866-504-9552, Phone: 301-402-7469. The Service Desk hours are Mon-Fri, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
