I am a research coordinator working under Dr. Meredith Masel and will primarily be working on the CHRONICLE study. I will be working alongside Roxy, Lakesha, Eloisa, and Isa.

I used to work with UTMB back in 2018 as a scribe, specifically the outpatient clinic in Texas City. From there, I started my first job in research as a coordinator with Baylor College of Medicine and with Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Hospital in 2023.

I received my associate’s degree at the local Galveston Community College and later transferred to the University of Houston-Clear Lake to earn my BS in biology in 2021.

I’ve come to really enjoy working in research. For the moment, I would like to continue pursuing endeavors related to it.

I was born and raised in Dallas until I moved to Galveston in 2014. I have come to really enjoy the island vibe and its wonderful people. Regarding family, I am the youngest of three children. Some of my personal interests include Pilates, watching dramas in Spanish (novellas), and going out quite a bit on the weekends with friends.
