Walk to End Alzheimer's Oct 19

Thanks to Stephanie Fitzgerald with the Alzheimer's Association: Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UTMB for hosting a "Flower Flocking" on Oct 11 in preparation for the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, October 19 at Stewart Beach in Galveston.

The UTMB Department of Internal Medicine-Geriatrics and the Sealy Center on Aging are committed to supporting the fight to End Alzheimer's Disease. Join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans. Our team will walk on Saturday, October 19, 2024 for the Bay Area/Galveston County Walk to End Alzheimer's. Please join us in honoring all people with dementia and their family caregivers!
