Senthil Lakshmanan, MPAS, PA-C is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies (PAS) at the School of Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Mr. Lakshmanan completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Trinity University in 1997 and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in 2012. Since graduating from Chatham, Mr. Lakshmanan has worked in geriatrics and internal medicine. Mr. Lakshmanan is interested in how preventive medicine and clinical nutrition can improve health and well-being outcomes. He is NCCPA certified and a member of the Physician Assistant Educators Association (PAEA) and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA).
