    • Attending Conferences
    • Volunteering

Path As Assisting just completed our first year as a student organization. Our members have been very involved with Galvestons Own Farmers Market through volunteering at Sunday Market and at one of their community gardens. As an organization we feel it is important to serve the Galveston community while also spreading the word about our small program.

In addition, we have several students who will be presenting case manuscripts at the American Association of Pathologists' Assistants (AAPA) Annual Fall Conference this year and we hope to continue this trend with future cohorts. Attending these professional conferences is important for our students growth as future Pathologists' Assistants.
