Mission Statement: The Powerlifting Student Association at UTMB is an educational and non-profit organization meant to teach and enhance man and woman of mankind’s primal state of physical dominance, ensure physical and mental wellness, and form camaraderie.

Mission Statement: To provide a fun, safe, stress-free environment for UTMB students and faculty to come together and play the sport of racquetball while promoting social interactions and friendly competition.

Activities: 
-Tutorials of how to play racquetball to promote new members
-Weekly games against members of similar skill level
-Annual Racquetball tournament
-Season games and playoffs
-Will offer volunteer events to promote helping community

Mission Statement: Our purpose is to provide education in and encourage the sport of sailing in both a competitive and non-competitive manner, to provide education in water safety measures as well as diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries specific to the marine environment, to provide opportunities for instruction in the sport of sailing, to promote discussion of the sport of sailing.

Activities: Monthly sails, relevant lectures on tropical medicine, volunteering with sites such as Sea Scouts and beach cleanups, and potential to compete in races.

Membership: By Profession - Physical Therapy

Mission Statement: The purpose of this organization is to allow DPT students the opportunity to learn about various forms of martial arts under the direct supervision of subject matter expert and PT professor, Dr. Mansoo Ko. The club allows us the opportunity to exercise, lear, and engage socially, creating an environment opportune for stress release and relaxation.

Activities: Meeting weekly at the UTMB field house for an hour to lear and practice types of martial arts

Mission Statement: The Ultimate Frisbee Club offers a stress free environment for students to play ultimate frisbee so that they can exercise and socialize with others that share similar interests.
