• Completed assessment and restructure of Purchasing, Contracting and Informatics teams to create a better alignment with institutional goals
• Built a robust Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis department
• All UTMB campuses went live with LUM
• Identified Key Performance Indicators and started measuring monthly
• Successful integration with new PeopleSoft Item Master
• Completed transition from Morrison to Sodexo
• Achieved FY21 Supply Chain $20M savings target
• Achieved FY22 Supply Chain $10.5M savings target
• Primary Distributor Change to Medline
• All four OR's went live with Pyxis
