Overview: Community Care Services provides an array of in-home services to older adults and people with disabilities who are functionally impaired, allowing them to remain in their own homes or communities.  Services include in-home care attendants, day programming, home delivered meals, emergency response services, residential care, and adult foster care.  Join us as Ms. Clark provides information on these services including eligibility criteria, and the enrollment process.
