Patient Volunteers
At the Island Farmacy, you will help us maintain the plants. Patient tasks will include watering, weeding, and harvesting. You will be working alongside other patients as UTMB students lead the sessions. Please sign up for shifts on this website.
UTMB Student Volunteers
Students will attend a training workshop to learn gardening techniques before leading patient volunteers. At volunteer sessions, students will delegate tasks to patients depending on what the garden requires. Please keep an eye out for signups in GroupMe.
