Retail services are provided in five separate retail locations across the campus. We offer national brands, to include Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, as well as partnering with local restaurateurs to bring a variety of venues to the UTMB campus.
Patient food service is provided with our state of the art "Catering to You" program that provides each patients with personalized attention from a catering associate that will visit each patient 9 to 12 times throughout the day to personalize meal choices specific to their individual needs.
Our team of Clinical Dietitians supports both the in-patient and out-patient populations, ranging from neonatal to geriatric patients, by providing expertise in the management of nutrition to support the individual care plans of each patient.
