Tips for teaching kids about fire safety

In their Keeping Kids Healthy column, UTMB Drs. Sally Robinson and Keith Bly offer advice on fire safety in the home. Most important is to install and maintain smoke alarms. "Two-thirds of home fires that kill children younger than 5 occur in homes without a working smoke alarm," they wrote.
