UTMB nutritionist Lynn Maarouf suggests simplifying your holidays. “Thanksgiving has, over the decades, evolved into a festival of overload,” she writes. “Too much food, too much fat and sugar and for modern working moms, way too much work.  Wouldn’t it be nice to pare down the fuss and serve a meal that would make us feel like we have not dealt a fatal blow to a year’s worth of exercise?”
