New drug curbs intensity of morning sickness

KTRK-TV (Ch. 13, Houston), April 17, 2013

Last week, the FDA approved a new morning sickness pill for pregnant women. The study behind the approval was led by UTMB researchers in Galveston. "This is the most studied drug in pregnancy and it's an FDA Category A rating. You can't get any better than that," said UTMB’s Dr. Shannon Clark, who led the study.
