Health news: Good television equals bigger snacks

Turns out snacking during “Game of Thrones" is a bad idea, and not just because a bloody plot twist could leave you choking on your popcorn. Researchers at UTMB found that when young adults mixed snacking and screen time, they consumed more food during programs or games with greater “narrative immersion,” ones that feature complex plots and layered characters.
