Buna Man Gains National Attention After Doctors Discover Rare Tumor

Doctors have told Larry Hatch that he’s the healthiest sick person that they’ve ever seen. Despite the fact that Larry has undergone four major surgeries and is being called a medical miracle, he’s looks completely healthy. “His particular type of tumor had the genetic code tell it to produce a certain hormone called growth hormone”, Dr. Joseph Zwrischenberger said during a telephone interview with KBTV 4. University of Texas Medical Branch Surgeon, Dr. Zwrischenberger was one of the doctors that discovered Larry’s unique tumor and operated on him. Doctors say Larry is one of only 7 people in the world with a tumor that secrets a growth hormone. “The fact hat he had lung cancer isn`t rare, the fact that he had an indecorum secreting lung cancer is very rare and that`s why nobody figured it out, Dr. Zwrischenberger said.
