Justin Robison, MSN, RN, CCN/MRegional Chief Nursing Officer


Justin Robison began his career as Registered Nurse after receiving a diploma in nursing from Covenant School of Nursing, Lubbock, TX in 1997.  He continued his studies graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003 and later received a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in nursing administration in 2008 also from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.   

 Robison entered correctional nursing in 2002 and joined UTMB CMC in 2004.  He has managed nursing services for various types of facilities throughout Texas to include Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), Texas Juvenile Justice Department, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and county jails. 

 Robison currently serves as the Regional Chief Nursing Officer for the Northern geographic service area consisting of 39 TDCJ facilities.  He also maintains certification as a Certified Corrections Nurse Manager through the American Correctional Association.
