Departments shall evaluate and update chemical inventories annually. 

Contact Environmental Health and Safety at 409-747-0515 to initiate chemical inventory updates for product changes.  

Corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical products are available through the EHSA SDS Hub.

• If corresponding SDSs are not available, contact Environmental Health & Safety at 409-747-0515 to have the SDS added. 
• If SDSs are unavailable in the SDS HUB and immediate access is required, contact the UTMB Operator at 409-772-1011 and ask for the EHS On-Call Employee.
