To better support credentialing and recredentialing efforts for our physicians and APPs, the Faculty Group Practice—in collaboration with Medical Staff Services and Clinical Data Management—has launched a new process for requesting patient and procedure information (CPT Case Log Request), effective June 9.
Physicians and APPs can now submit requests directly to their assigned departmental contact, resulting in faster turnaround times and more detailed reports.
Please note the previous request system has been retired and is no longer in use.
