- Orientation – Half day well-being program for new trainees
- Resiterns (Spouses and families of residents) and House Officer Association (HOA) social events subsidized by UTMB
- Subsidized membership to Field House for fitness
- 10 module curriculum over well-being topics required for all residency programs
- Semi-annual dinner program for well-being for all PGY 1 and PGY 2 residents and selected faculty
- Outstanding Resident Awards for PGY 1, Overall Resident, and Overall Fellow
- Annual Risk Management Workshop contains well-being component
- Annual Medical Economics Workshop contains well-being component
- Annual Interpersonal and Communication Skills Workshop contains well-being component
- Level I – Improving Communication: Empathy
- Level II– Improving Communication: Shared Decision Making & Negotiation
- Level III– Improving Communication: Conflict Resolution and Communication
- Financial wellbeing: Personal financial education lectures and personal portable disability policy
- Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) Well-Being subcommittee – Quarterly review of well-being activities
- Employee Assistance Program (UTEAP)
- Lactation rooms on campus
