A Family Campaign Celebration and Beam Signing event to thank all those within the UTMB family who have responded so generously to the “Working Together, the Future is Ours” Family Campaign will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, in the Levin Hall dining room.
The Family Campaign continues to be a huge success, with 3,880 UTMB faculty and staff contributing $5,467,062 so far. All donors attending the Celebration Event will have an opportunity to sign a steel beam, which will be placed in the new Jennie Sealy Hospital during a special Topping-Off Ceremony at a future date.
The Celebration, which will feature some special guests, has been planned for Campaign contributors. There is still time to contribute, either online at the
Family Campaign website or in person at the event. Pledge forms and Family Campaign pins will be available during the Celebration in Levin Hall.
Donors can give a one-time contribution or make a pledge that is paid out over five years via payroll deduction.
Contributions can be made to support the new Jennie Sealy Hospital, or another campaign priority such as scholarships, faculty endowments and resources to enhance the patient care experience or cutting-edge research, to name just a few.
