In a show of appreciation for the UTMB trauma center team, Dr. Courtney Townsend, professor and John Woods Harris Distinguished Chairman, UTMB Department of Surgery and Donna K. Sollenberger, executive vice president and chief executive officer for the UTMB Health System, presented Dr. William Mileski, UTMB's chief of trauma services, with the State of Texas Level 1 Trauma Center certificate.
