Pumpkin Ravioli, Pumpkin Bread Pudding and Pumpkin Bars topped the list of favorites at the UTMB Pumpkin Cook Off held in the Café on the Court. The event, hosted by Morrison Healthcare, gave cooks a chance to showcase their best pumpkin fare.  Bob Scott from Human Resources was the Master of Ceremonies, doling out chef coats and ribbons to the winners. After much taste testing the judging panel — Chef Kevin Jenkins, Dietitian Blair Brown, Michelle Mares and Jamie Heffernan from UTMB Nursing, and Richard Foy and Benjamin Dzialo from UTMB Administration —chose the following winners:
