Please stop our booth in the cafeteria on April 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to test your strength and let us show you what Occupational Therapy is all about!
Occupational Therapy is a science-driven, evidence-based profession that enables people of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health and prevent—or live better with—illness, injury or disability.
The focus of occupational therapy is to increase functional independence in daily living activities such as bathing, getting dressed and feeding oneself. It concentrates on aiding with range of motion, strength, coordination, mobility, cognitive training and visual deficits.
