A large and enthusiastic crowd was at Victory Lakes recently for the facility’s official ribbon cutting. Joined by local community and  business leaders, local and state elected officials, and UTMB and UT System leadership, representatives from the League City Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Toni Randall held the ribbon as Dr. Ken Shine and Fred Burns made it “official.” More than a hundred appointments were already scheduled for the first week.
