Sebaceous hyperplasia

Sebaceous hyperplasia occurs when maternal hormones cause enlargement of the sebaceous glands in the newborn resulting in tiny (1 mm) regularly spaced, white-yellowish papules seen at the opening of each pilosebaceous follicle over the nose and cheeks.
