InfoEd Maintenance and Updates
InfoEd will be intermittently offline on August 10 between 6 and 7 PM for a security patch. Please ensure all work is saved prior to this outage window.
It is critical that you clear your web browser cache before using the system. Below you will find instructions on how to clear your browser cache in commonly used browsers:

8/4 Update: InfoEd will be offline 8 a.m. Monday, August 3 to 8 a.m. to Wednesday, August 5 for system maintenance and updates. InfoEd applications, Sponsored Programs, Human Subjects, Laboratory Animals, Subawards, and Biosafety Protocols will not be available while the system is offline. During this time, users will be unable to login, create or edit protocols/ proposals or perform any review/administrative tasks.
Please note that the planned upgrade has been delayed. The revised implementation timeline will not affect final proposal submissions, and all established submission deadlines remain in place and applications will not be marked as late internally. Users should continue to follow normal submission procedures once the system is open to campus. At this time, no action is required by departmental faculty and staff prior to the go-live on the morning of August 5.
