Realizing the funding guidance relating to COVID-19 coming from federal agencies is ever-changing and in many cases inconsistent, the Council on Government Relations (COGR), an association of research universities, affiliated medical centers, and independent research institutes, gathered the most recent and placed it all into an easy-to-use matrix.  This document addresses late proposal acceptance, allowability of salaries and other project
activities - including travel, how to deal with trainees, no cost extensions and progress/financial reporting among many other project-related issues that may occur during this temporary cessation of regular work practices. 

Since the information is rapidly evolving, Research Services has placed the most updated matrix here on Sharepoint, so that anyone with questions can easily access answers.  As changes are made, the matrix will reflect these changes.  Because of the length and size of the document, please adjust the document to at least 400% upon opening.
