The award recognizes the hospital’s commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines based on the latest scientific evidence. UTMB additionally received the association’s Target: Stroke℠ Honor Roll Elite Plus award.
