UTMB Health to host Breast Cancer Awareness Fair
The University of Texas Medical Branch Departments of Community & Population Health, and Surgical Oncology, will present a Breast Cancer Awareness Community Resource Fair on October 17, 2022, between 8AM and 4PM.
The event will be held in the parking lot of the UTMB Health Primary and Specialty Care Clinic, 10121 Emmett F. Lowery Expressway, Texas City.
Mammograms will be available for those with an appointment, and scheduling is available for future mammogram appointments for insured and uninsured patients.
Vendors in attendance are to include Home Health Agencies, County Indigent Program, Provider Services Agencies, Galveston County Health District, Gulf Coast Center, Ryan White Program, The Rose, Coastal Health and Wellness, St. Vincent’s House, and more.
Door prizes will be given every hour.
