Texas Transplant Center Support Group - Jan 2023

The Texas Transplant Center Support Group hosts a quarterly meeting

Flyer for Transplant Support GroupTransplant support groups are open to all pre- and post-transplant patients and their families/caregivers. The meetings are structured around participant needs and interests. A transplant social worker facilitates each group meeting. Sessions include topics such as what to expect from transplant, relaxation exercises, and improving coping skills. GET DETAILS.

Starting in January 2023, the transplant support group meetings are being held IN-PERSON - as well as continuing to be available to attend through ZOOM for those who cannot travel.
