REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT
The team provides support for the following services:
- Provide options for new leases, lease renewals, lease expansions, lease extensions and property acquisitions
- Provide analysis – Market Rate, Proposed Lease rate and space gap for decision making and budgeting at RESCC Stage 2
- Negotiate leases and execute leases for the institution as approved by Executives and coordination with UT System
- Lease payment administration and management of leased spaces by coordinating with UTMB stakeholders and Facility landlords
- Assessment of all Leased Facilities
