The Institutional Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) will be conducting an Annual Orientation for incoming Residents and Fellows for the 2023‐2024 Academic Year. Our next Orientation is scheduled for June 17-18, 2024 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center, Expos A and B located at 7 Hope Blvd., Galveston, TX 77554.
Our incoming Residents and Fellows will be arriving from all over the US and beyond and relocating to the Galveston Island and the surrounding areas. It is here where they will decide to rent or purchase their homes and where their educational training and employment will take place. To help with the needs of this exciting transition, we are inviting local businesses from across Galveston and surrounding counties to share their resources.
