UTMB’s Center for Single Cell Genomics provides single-cell transcriptome profiling of both fixed and fresh samples using the 10X Genomics and Illumina platforms. The Center offers consistent single-cell library preparations through the Chromium Connect liquid handling robot as well as in-house library sequencing using the NextSeq 2000. In addition to this, the Center is equipped with world-class bioinformatics resources allowing for standard and advanced computation on both a service and hourly basis. The Center also offers consultative guidance in experimental design both for basic single-cell profiling as well as for more advanced workflows that leverage single-cell profiling, such as CRISPR screening.
