UTMB Health designated as an Antimicrobial Stewardship Center of Excellence by IDSA

We’re proud to share that UTMB Health has been designated an Antimicrobial Stewardship Center of Excellence by the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) — one of only 187 institutions nationwide to receive this honor.
This recognition reflects the outstanding work of Dr. David Reynoso and team at the UTMB Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and the Division of Infectious Diseases, whose leadership in antimicrobial stewardship strengthens our institution’s role in combating drug resistance globally.
