Ms. Jagape Sison joined UTMB in 2024 as a Research Program Coordinator for the Center for Tropical Diseases. She holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Houston. She has experience in health research coordination, data analysis, and clinical research, with a background in infectious disease epidemiology, health technology, and chronic disease research. In her role at the CTD, she provides administrative support, manages CTD programs, and facilitates communication with stakeholders. She coordinates CTD efforts and activities across research and training programs, international partners, and other institutional centers, supporting global infectious disease research and collaboration.
