MPH student Monserrat Hinojosa spent four weeks in Lima, Peru conducting research with UPCH IMTAvH and the Peruvian CDC, focusing on dengue in pregnancy and tuberculosis, while gaining hands-on experience in surveillance, public health systems, and global health practice

MPH student Allie Murphy spent this past summer in Cambodia working with Cambodia Global Health to evaluate a culturally responsive health curriculum for rural K–12 schools. Through hands-on engagement with educators, students, and community partners, her experience deepened her commitment to health equity and community-driven global health practice.
