Kyli Mogannam & CCA Training Team Recognized

I would like to recognize Correctional Clinical Associate Kyli Mogannam. She was hired in June 2022 and has learned her job in record speed. She is in Lake Jackson, an area that is difficult to hire for her position. So, she has been alone working very hard for longer than we hoped. She is doing an amazing job with managing duties that are typically split between three people.

I would also like to recognize the CCA Training Team at the Ramsey Complex: Joy Durham, Ashli Rodriguez, Carol Brownfield, Victoria Roberson, Esterline Young, Carmen Gaines, Elizabeth Dominguez and Maria Lopez. These ladies have single-handedly rebuilt the administrative department at the Memorial and Clemens units while still managing their daily job duties at their primary units of assignments. This is no easy task! They would split their weeks and sometimes their days driving between units to get tasks done. They did it gracefully and willingly, and I couldn’t ask for a better set of individuals to work with.
