Cookies & Cream Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 16 Oreo cookies (coarsely crushed)
- 14.2-ounce package of Oreo Cookies & Cream dry pudding mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In large bowl, cream butter and sugars for 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the pudding mix and mix until combined. Then add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
- Mix in the chocolate chips and Oreo chunks.
- Using a two-tablespoon-size cookie scoop, scoop dough onto the paper, leaving two inches between each cookie.
- Bake 9-10 minutes. Cookies will be set and barely golden brown on edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool on pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to continue cooling.
Store in airtight container for up to 4-5 days. Makes 44 cookies
