We’d like to give a shot out to Marlowe Earnest and Sadie Weyrich, daughter of Kate Weyrich (care coordinator at UTMB), who held a clothing drive for the Galveston Care Closet as part of their Service Project for the Alexander Middle School Pep Squad. They received tremendous support from their community and brought and stocked the donations in the Care Closet themselves.
Marlowe and Sadie plan to hold another drive to support the Care Closets at the LCC, CLC, and ADC campuses.
We are so thankful for Marlowe and Sadie ‘s hard work and dedication to supporting UTMB’s patients and their families.
