    Will ordering physicians receive RVUs for their signatures?
    Yes. SutureSign generates a detailed billing report for each physician to be distributed to UTMB Revenue Cycle Operations.

    What type of orders does SutureSign support?
    At this time, we will be using SutureSign for all home health orders only.

    Will SutureSign be integrated into Epic?
    At this time, no.

    Can I upload signed documents into Epic?
    Yes. Take a look at our cheat sheet on how to download signed documents from SutureSign.

    What do I do for new providers needing access to SutureSign?
    Please fill out the user form and email it to hhconnectors@utmb.edu

    How do I sign up for SutureSign?
    Click here to get started. Choose UTMB (ALL Locations) from the drop down menu when signing up.


    How can I receive training on SutureSign?
    SutureSign provides training to Home Health Agencies every Thursday at 2:00pm CST.

    My agency is already using SutureSign. Will I automatically gain access to the UTMB signers after the go-live date?
    Yes. You will have access to send your documents to any UTMB signer that utilizes SutureSign.

    What if I do not see the signing provider within SutureSign?
    The only providers in SutureSign at this time are the Geriatric Medicine providers. If you do not see the particular signing provider you are looking for, please revert to your previous process.

    What do I do when an order is rejected without explanation?
    Contact the clinic phone number provided in SutureSign.

    How do I send emergent FYIs or lab results to UTMB providers?
    Please send these documents directly to the clinic (via previous order processing protocol).
