Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE)

In support of improving patient care, The Office of Interprofessional Continuing Education (ICPE), The University of Texas Medical Branch, is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Accredited Events

The Continuing Education (CE) accreditation portal (cmetracker.net) is used to establish an account and track your CE earned credits.

To claim CE credit:

1. Create a New Profile or add a mobile number to your existing profile:  Continuing Education Tracker

Your current mobile number must be included your UTMB CE profile. This number will allow you to text the Activity Code and receive credit for the session. Your mobile number will not be used for any other purpose than to allow the system to record and manage your CE attendance.

2. Log into your UTMB CE account. Click on Claim Credit.

3. Enter the Activity Code provided for the session you attended.

4. Once the Activity Code has been submitted, you can obtain a continuing education certificate under the View/Obtain Certificate tab.
